Employment Options:

Full Time W2 Positions (Mental Health Therapists)

• Board Approved supervision provided to LGPCs and LMFTs at no cost

• 401k with match

• Structured support of a more traditional employment role

• Caseload: 20 clients per week, more at your discretion

• Clients provided for you

• All billing and credentialing completed for you

• Fee for Service

1099 Contractor Positions (Mental Health Therapists and Other Wellness Providers) 

• Maximize your independence, control your schedule, and manage your own practice style.

• Caseload: 5 clients per week, more at your discretion

• Clients provided for you

• All billing and credentialing completed for you

• Fee for Service

Choose the environment that best fits your lifestyle:

• In-Office: Work from our fully equipped, welcoming, and professional office.

• Virtual: Conduct sessions entirely via HIPPA compliant telehealth from the comfort of your home.

• Hybrid: Combine the best of both worlds with a split schedule of in-person and remote days.

 

 

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field. For other wellness Providers: Licensure or certification in your area of specialty.

• Active, unrestricted state license/certification to practice therapy or your wellness profession

• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
